Welcome to The Griffin Inn, Irnham from Chris and Liz Overend.
　
We are open every lunchtime and evening 11am to 3pm and 6pm to 11pm, (Sunday 12noon to 3pm and 6pm 11pm) and we serve food every lunchtime and evening, 7 days a week, bookings are advisable to avoid disappointment.

We are delighted to have achieved a listing in the 2010 Good Pub Guide.
We offer a wide selection of food choices from the traditional to the innovative. Sunday lunch is particularly popular with a choice of roast beef, pork, lamb or chicken with all the appropriate trimmings.

We always have a selection of 3 real ales on offer together with a hand picked range of fine wines to savour or enjoy with your meal, our current range includes Oliver & Greggs Intro range of single variety grape wines from around the world to one of our favourite and very special offerings of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.

We can also provide bed and breakfast to those in need, to date we have had guests from most parts of Great Britain and also from New Zealand, Sweden and Poland.

Our refurbishment programme continues. Our dining room, lounge are completed and the bar will all be completed by April 2010 all being well, Our new lounge bar top is made from the very floor that Glenn Miller last performed before going missing in the Second World War.
We are currently graced with the works of a fine local artist. Originals and prints are available and there is selection of cards produced from the works available to buy as well.

We have a busy summer of sport ahead and we will be featuring the Formula 1 season with the early start Grand Prix being shown on our large screen TV together with a full English breakfast, for more details contact Chris or Liz at the Griffin Inn.

We hold a monthly fun quiz night the first Sunday night of the month, with the emphasis on fun.

April 21 st 2010 sees the start of our regular monthly, evening Classic Car meetings at the Griffin. Vintage to modern and current classics are most welcome to come and join us to share experiences and stories, the event is held every third Wednesday through the summer with a barbecue, weather permitting. The range of vehicles shown last summer was truly exceptional, Ford Mustangs to a 1920 Vauxhall with an average of 40+ cars at each event
